AUSSIE OWNED...If your interest rate doesn't start with a 3 then talk to these guys. I am so sick of hearing about the banks making billions why the rest of us struggle and pay more than we need to. I have just done my loan through them and saving enough to have a few weekends away with my family every year....https://www.tomorrowfinance.com.au/partner/form/2003/591024 This is an example only but i think people need to know what this means.......
So let's assume the following
200k loan @ 5.69% refinanced @ 3.79% could save around $2,100 per year or $42 a week
300k loan @ 5.69% refinanced @ 3.79% could save around $3,224 a year or $62 a week
400k loan @ 5.69% refinanced @ 3.79% could save around $4,264 a year or $82 a week
500k $ loan @ 5.69% refinanced @ 3.79% could save around $5304 a year or $102 per week

I've seen a band I'm a big fan of (The Smith St Band - they rule) post about people paying crazy prices for tickets on resale sites. Have had a look and saw that the same thing is happening with tickets to my upcoming shows. Double or more in some cases. WTF
A few people have hit me up over the last 2 months saying that they bought the tickets at a price that I wasn't sure sounded right. I thought they were basically near one off incidents, I didn't realise this was an actual cottage industry, or that dedicated resale sites exist.
So, first things first. It's fucking disgusting how much some people are marking prices up. I'm sorry to anyone who has paid more than the price we set. Insert more swear words here.
I keep tickets as low as possible, while still stepping up what we spend on band, crew, and stage production. Put simply, I try to make the best, most memorable show I possibly can, for as low a price as possible. It goes against the spirit that me and all the people involved in making this shit happen work with, and way more importantly, it's a big ducking slap in the face to the people who support me and my music, people who actually want to come to the show. They should never have to cop that.
I don't know what the fix is for it, resale sites should be cracking down on this shit WAY heavier. In the meantime, the Brisbane and Sydney shows are sold out. But I'd like to ask anyone that is looking to sell their tickets to please post in this thread as well as anywhere else you normally would. Likewise if you are looking to buy a ticket to one of the sold out shows, please check this thread too. I'm sure tickets will become available as people have unexpected things come up that mean they can't go.
There ARE some tickets available for Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne. At the original price (roughly $55+booking fee). If you see them for anything more, DO NOT BUY THEM FROM THAT SITE!
And I'd like to ask anyone thinking of selling theirs at a huge mark up to just fucking not do it. Don't be a cunt. Pretty please.
Ominous Visible Satellite Imagery over the Coral Sea this evening with Debbie getting herself organised, lots of deep convection near the centre and a low shear environment should see her officially birthed overnight.
Latest track map suggests a serious situation for NQ so please don't be complacent. From its current position any delay in the forecast SW track could further increase the systems severity when it makes landfall Monday evening/ early Tuesday.

3 pm Saturday (Queensland, Australia): Cyclone DEBBIE lurks offshore as it decides which Queensland population center to attack. Latest satellite images show the cyclone is developing a distinct eye—a sign of strengthening. Right now, Townsville is in the crosshairs. If the BoM's latest forecast verifies, that city will be deep inside the cyclone's core of very destructive winds Tuesday morning. But that can change, so folks in Cairns and Mackay need to keep an eye on this, too. You're *all* under a Cyclone WATCH. Follow BoM advices and do as instructed by local authorities. Prepare NOW.
